Manish has over 20 year experience in origination, credit risk assessment and syndication in Asia-Pacific Region. As part of the above mentioned functional categories, he has handled various products covering project finance, mezzanine finance, acquisition finance, credit derivatives etc.
Prior to joining TCCL, Manish lead the initiative of launching first Infrastructure Debt Fund (IDF) in India, from April 2013 to June 2015, as Chief Executive Officer of IL&FS Infra Asset Management Ltd., a JV company between IL&FS and LIC. IL&FS IDF is the first IDF in India with AUM of USD 230 million and the market leader in the industry, playing a pioneering role in the development of the IDF sector.
From October 2004 to June 2010, Manish was Alternate Chief Executive & Head - Wholesale Banking of ICICI Bank, Hong Kong Branch and was responsible for building the corporate banking business of the Bank in North Asia (comprising Hong Kong, China, Korea and Japan). He developed the corporate banking business of the branch from scratch and the branch had asset base of over USD 2.0 billion when he was transferred to India by ICICI Bank.
After returning to India in July 2010, he took responsibility as Team Leader in Project Finance Group handling portfolio comprising companies in manufacturing and mining sectors. As part of this assignment, he was responsible for appraisal, structuring and underwriting project loans in above mentioned sectors. Apart from above, he was also member of the Committee of Executives of ICICI Bank, which had sanctioning power for credit facilities given to corporate clients.
In October 2012, Manish was conferred CFA designation by CFA Institute, USA and has since then been active volunteer of the institute. Currently he is member of Education Advisory Committee of the CFA Institute. He is mechanical engineer from IIT Roorkee and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.

Arunavo has extensive experience in energy industry spanning coal, natural gas and renewable sources. He has been with the Tata group since 1991 and has worked in India, USA, Europe and Africa. In July 2008, Arunavo was selected to lead the Tata group effort to combat climate change across its 100 companies In early 2013, he was transferred to Tata Cleantech Capital Ltd to establish the advisory business. His academic credentials include a BS in Engineering and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology and Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA, respectively.
Arunavo is a senior member and member of IEEE, USA, and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), USA, respectively. He is a Steering Committee member of the UN's Caring for Climate Initiative and member of the technical advisory group of Science based target setting group and Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition (CPLC). He has been a speaker in events organized by IEEE (USA), Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and UN Global Compact etc. across the globe including COP21 at Paris.

Manash has over 20 years of experience in the Indian infrastructure sector across project finance, fund management and corporate banking.
Manash has over 20 years of experience in the Indian infrastructure sector across project finance, fund management and corporate banking. He began his infrastructure financing career in IDBI project finance handling financing of large and complex infrastructure projects. He also worked for an Infrastructure Development Company namely, GMR Infrastructure Ltd and was involved in end to end solution for infrastructure financing (from bidding to financial closure) for PPP projects. Thereafter, Manash worked with ICICI bank and led sourcing, evaluation, structuring and finance transactions across project finance, structured finance and mezzanine/sub-debt in the transport and energy sector.
Manash also worked for infrastructure Funds namely India Infrastructure Development Fund (IIDF), an India focused infrastructure fund (a JV between, UTI, HSH Nordbank, Germany & Shinsei Bank, Japan) and Nomura Infrastructure Fund. He successfully led the setting up of IIDF.
Manash has also participated in formulation of various PPP policy and regulations. He has been member of CII National Committee on PE/VC and FICCI National Committee on Infrastructure.
Manash received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, and a BE (Electrical) from National Institute of Technology (formerly REC), Durgapur.

Pankaj Sindwani leads debt origination and syndication function across Infrastructure and Clean technology sectors at TCCL. Besides Business, he has also been responsible for building an ecosystem of alliances and partnerships with domestic and Global stakeholders for Clean Technology Finance at Tata Capital.
Over these years, he has worked extensively with Industry bodies, regulators and other stakeholders on Policy Initiatives for Clean Technology Space.
Pankaj has held various important positions in past both within and outside Tata Group and his previous responsibilities include roles in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Operations and Corporate Strategy across organizations such as Tata Motorfinance, Cummins India and Eicher.
Pankaj holds a bachelor¿s degree in Technology from BITS Pilani and an Executive Masters in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi.
