Mr. Kadle is the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited. Tata Capital is Tata's foray into the financial services space covering products and services ranging from retail and commercial lending, distribution and broking, wealth management, investment banking and private equity.

 

Mr. Kadle is an Hons. Graduate in Commerce & Accountancy from the Bombay University and has qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Cost & Works Accountant and Company Secretary.

 

Mr. Kadle has been working for the Tata's for the last 21 years. For the first 5 years, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Tata's Joint Venture with IBM in India. Thereafter, in 1996 he was transferred to Tata Motors Limited as the Vice President (Finance) and in the year 2001 he was promoted to the Board of Tata Motors Limited as Executive Director & Finance and Corporate Affairs.

 

Mr. Kadle has played a major role in the turnaround and growth of Tata Motors. He was also instrumental in the turnaround and financial restructuring of the erstwhile Tata Finance Limited. While in Tata Motors, he was also instrumental in setting up and guiding operations of Tata Technologies and TELCON (a Tata Motors & Hitachi JV) which have become market leaders in the engineering design space and in the construction equipment business in India.

 

During his tenure at Tata Motors Mr Kadle was a part of the senior leadership team that managed the cross-border acquisitions like Daewoo Truck Company of South Korea, Incat Technologies of UK and Jaguar-Land Rover of UK. He also led the Fund raising programme of US$ 5 bn during this period.

 

Prior to his joining the Tata's, Mr Kadle worked as the CEO and member of the Board of Garware-Wall Ropes Limited, a synthetic yarn, industrial fabric & synthetic cordage company having global operations with a consistent profit track record.

 

Mr. Kadle is a Board member on various Tata and non-Tata companies. He contributes to many industry and economic bodies both domestic and international. These include, a position on the Advisory Board of Japan's Institute for Indian Economic Studies (IIES) and as a member of the Advisory Board of Centre for Strategic Leadership - NUS Business School, Singapore. Additionally, he is also actively involved with various Public Charitable institutions notably as the Board Member and Honorary Treasurer of Child Rights and You (CRY).

 

Mr. Kadle has received a number of awards in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Tata Motors Limited, which are : CNBC-TV18, the Country's best performing CFO in the Auto & Auto Ancillaries sector for 2006; 'The Best CFO of the year 2005' in India by Business Today; The 'CFO of the year 2004' by IMA (formerly known as Economist Intelligence Unit) and has been recently inducted as Founding member to the CFO Hall of Fame in India.

Mr. Bandivadekar is the Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate Finance Division at Tata Capital. He has been responsible for the setting up of the Commercial Finance and the Infrastructure lending businesses and has been directing them to meet their financial, operational and revenue goals. He is responsible for the overall business, growth plans and implementation, resources, processes, controls, strategy building, compliances and driving best practices and cost-efficient end-to-end solutions.

 

Pradeep joined the Tata Group in 2000 as the Treasurer for Tata Motors Limited and was focused on resource management, currency management and asset management. Five years later, he was made the CEO, Tata Motor Finance and was responsible for all management and operations of Tata Motors Finance (CV, PC and CEQ business).

 

He started his career in 1983 as a Senior Development Officer at Sicom Limited. Soon after, he had a 13 year long association with Siemens where he took up many responsibilities, chiefly Head- Strategic planning and Chief Manager-Corporate Treasury. During this tenor he handled all growth plans, new projects and collaborations for Siemens Limited.

 

He is an Electrical Engineer and MBA from Mumbai University. Over the years, he has also completed executive education and training workshops such as Strategic Planning MDI at Switzerland, Value through Financial Management at Wharton School of Business Management and Tata Group Strategic Management Workshop, TMTC. He has conducted several training programmes and participated in training seminars at ICAI, Euromoney, etc.

Ms. Padmini, is Managing Partner of B.K. Khare & Co. Chartered Accountants, having over 20 years experience in auditing large Indian organizations and multinational companies operating in India across a cross section of industries including oil & gas, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, automotives, information technology, and capital goods.

 

Ms. Padmini is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) as also a Certified Public Accountant (USA). She also served on several Committees of the ICAI and has been on the Boards of Indus Ind Bank Ltd and Gabriel India Ltd. Ms. Padmini joined B.K Khare & Co. in the year 1990 and has held a number of key client facing and management roles. Under her leadership the firm has grown to be a full service firm and strengthened its pre-eminent position.

 

In addition to growing the firms practice, she has been responsible for building the consulting and corporate finance verticals as also firms foray into financial sector. Ms. Padmini has been extensively involved in Financial Services clients such as banks, NBFCs and insurance companies.

Prior to joining TCCL, Manish lead the initiative of launching first Infrastructure Debt Fund (IDF) in India, from April 2013 to June 2015, as Chief Executive Officer of IL&FS Infra Asset Management Ltd., a JV company between IL&FS and LIC. IL&FS IDF is the first IDF in India with AUM of USD 230 million and the market leader in the industry, playing a pioneering role in the development of the IDF sector.

 

From October 2004 to June 2010, Manish was Alternate Chief Executive & Head - Wholesale Banking of ICICI Bank, Hong Kong Branch and was responsible for building the corporate banking business of the Bank in North Asia (comprising Hong Kong, China, Korea and Japan). He developed the corporate banking business of the branch from scratch and the branch had asset base of over USD 2.0 billion when he was transferred to India by ICICI Bank.

 

After returning to India in July 2010, he took responsibility as Team Leader in Project Finance Group handling portfolio comprising companies in manufacturing and mining sectors. As part of this assignment, he was responsible for appraisal, structuring and underwriting project loans in above mentioned sectors. Apart from above, he was also member of the Committee of Executives of ICICI Bank, which had sanctioning power for credit facilities given to corporate clients.

 

In October 2012, Manish was conferred CFA designation by CFA Institute, USA and has since then been active volunteer of the institute. Currently he is member of Education Advisory Committee of the CFA Institute. He is mechanical engineer from IIT Roorkee and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
